1. Manga's available on your website are they "Official Merch"?

A: Yes, all Manga's available with us are 100% Official & sourced directly from their respective Publishing Houses & Distributors.

2. Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

A: Sorry we don't provide Cash on Delivery option. We accept online payments only.

3. How long will it take to receive my Order?

A: Orders are usually shipped within 2- 4 Business days (closed on Sundays/Public & National holidays)

Post which it takes 3-10 working days to be delivered depending on your location. Please note Northern India & North-eastern India it takes a slightly longer time.

Order status on our website will show as dispatched means its been shipped from our end. And you will be receiving a tracking status/number from the courier partner via SMS/ Email. In case you don't please reach out to us via email, we will be happy to update you on your order status.

4. Do you ship internationally?

A: Sorry, we don't ship internationally.

5. Do you have any store where we can visit?

A: Sorry, we don’t have an offline store at the moment.

6. Where are you based from?

A: We are based in Mumbai, India.

7. I would like to cancel my order?

A: In such case, Please reach out to us via email mangalibraryindia@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order along with your order ID.

Note, orders once shipped/ dispatched cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.

8. Am looking for a specific Manga, however it's not available on your website. How can i place an order?
